Bright and windy – lots of ‘hiding in/under/behind the grass’ went on today. A couple of new moths: silver-ground carpet and a brimstone (brimstone moth not brimstone butterfly) and ringlets, some honeysuckle, flies in profile and skippers. For some reason, the camera opted for some very moody lighting for the jelly-ear fungus.
