Fernworthy
Apparently frogs become much darker when they’re too cold – or if they’re dead, it turns out – impressively satanic eyes. Two swallows over the reservoir – definitely summer, then (in my defence, they were moving fast and a long way away – definitely swallows, though). Also, flowers, flies, a grebe and buds. David Attenborough has various creatures named after him, I’ve always felt that Tufted Ducks are mine.
