Chagford – Shilley Pool – Scorhill
Torrential rain forecast – so it was quite surprising that I stayed dry until Shilley Pool and less surprising that the only photos after that were of moody brooding clouds over sullen moorland etc. All good fun in a tramping across deserted sodden moors kind of way – and the bramble flowers were very pretty, Throwleigh churchyard was magnificent in its faded beauty and I do like sullen moors.
