Fernworthy

A six spot Burnett, a deer trespassing in the rhos pasture, gatekeepers on brambles, ringlets on gorse, rosebay willow herb, baby stonechats. If the weather can settle down a bit the insects may be able to salvage things. Normally I see tens of six spot Burnett moths near the bird-hide. This year there have been none there at all. This one was from the flower meadow further round and, worryingly, it was just one.
