Fernworthy
Impressively evil giant tachinid flies, meadow browns and gatekeepers, birdsfoot trefoil, thistles, a spider-web dragon, and so on… We’re booked in for a few sunny days – hopefully, the insects can catch up – they’re a long way behind. I’m assuming that, because it hasn’t got a black chin, the second bird is another linnet rather than a redpoll – but I’ve been wrong before!
