More wind – more bark, toadstools, ferns and submerged leaves, birch bark that looks like a sad puppy and submerged leaves. I’m fascinated by how seemingly identical fence posts have such variation in their lichen/moss gardens [MacArthur’s island ecosystems spring to mind]. One day I’ll inflict hundreds of them on you.
