Black Tor – Hart Tor – Cramber Tor – Down Tor – Combshead Tor – Cuckoo Rock – Leather Tor – Peek Hill – Sharpitor – Leeden Tor – Ingra Tor (11 miles)
Granite, birds, moss and lichen. The highlight was the reed bunting but good to see a stone chat in full voice. Lots of silhouetted trees against grey skies. The cuckoo stone and the giant’s marble were suitably impressive. All very wet but no rain and the sun made an appearance which made a change. One of those days where I kept detouring to take in another tor.
