Fernworthy:
Overcast and moody but, remarkably, I stayed dry. Autumnal leaves, flies, bees, berries, scabious and rose bay willowherb, a damselfly to remind me that it’s still summer and a spider (it really shouldn’t have taken me so long to realise that it’s much easier to take photos of spiders with autofocus turned off). Fernworthy was (as my daughter would say) looking peng in the sunlight against black skies.
