Fernworthy Forest
Dragonflies were out in force this morning (Golden-ringed; four-spot skimmer; keeled skimmer), a few butterflies (small pearl bordered fritillary; large skipper; small heath); lots of toadstools (blusher; false blusher; stinkhorn), dog vomit slime mould, mottled-thistle fly, a baby wren (several), hummingbird hawkmoth, yellow-barred peat fly, herb robert, black knapweed (with stowaways), buttercups.
