Gatekeeper, common field grasshopper, hedge woundwort, barred straw moth, a bracken parasite fly (Dexiosoma caninum allegedly), ringlet, green-veined white, large red damselfly, peacock, small copper, common blue, meadow brown, baby chaffinch. The large skippers are auditioning for the tinners’-large-skippers, a popular motif around here.
