Chagford – Fingle Bridge

Too busy chatting to take many photos – but dippers are always exciting, the coral fungus was sufficiently photogenic to grab my attention and then a buzzard decided to do a fly past – normally they keep well out of the way. I always take a photo of the stump installation when I walk past – one day I’ll do a gallery. It’s rare to see everything swept away, although it does happen. Normally it changes gradually – things added, things decaying, things falling by the wayside.

Today’s real highlight was dropping my jumper and giving it up for lost (I have other similar ones!) only to drive past later on my way to pick up #4 from Exeter and see it hanging on the gate.
