Scorhill – Steeperton Tor – Ted Hughes Memorial – Hangingstone Hill – Quintin’s Man – Teignhead Farm – Shovel Down
[The only bit you need to read is “a peregrine”!!]… Golden plovers, a peregrine, a meadow pipit and various wet plants. A bit wet underfoot and no paths through the Molinia so the Ted Hughes Memorial took a bit of getting to. Feeling intrepid, I followed a largely imaginary wall from below Sittaford Tor to above Teignhead farm (below and parallel to a much better one which I looked up at enviously. Perhaps next time). All very misty with sunshine later on.
