Deer Park – Whiddon Woods:

Nemophora (of ‘male has the longest antennae of all British moths’ fame) in more or less the same spot as they were a few weeks ago. Lots of fritillaries but I’ve yet to find a marsh fritillary, a noshing damselfly, tree pipit judging by the fact that it was in a tree and has a flesh coloured foot, a puffball, an oil beetle, a comma butterfly and a well constructed leaf shelter (with larval hazel leafroller weevils inside, presumably).
