Deer Park – Whiddon Wood:
Rain, hail and sunshine. Treecreepers, goosander, about 30 deer in three groups, best jay yet and lots of sunlit trees against dark skies. Oxo, the fierce hound we’re looking after, was remarkably tolerant of all the sudden pauses to take photos.
